What I built

A platform for my Rotaract club: member and admin portals, plus finance, attendance, events, projects, and communications — and a gallery in planning.

Why

Good software should take operational friction off volunteers, not add it. Community work shouldn't drown in spreadsheets and group chats.

What broke

The big redesigns were around the finance and mailbox systems — the parts where real money and real communication meet turned out to be the parts that fight back hardest.
